Hi, everybody! I’m Monica, a native English speaker who grew up in the United States. As a young child I always dreamed of becoming a teacher, and my favorite activity was teaching classes to my imaginary students. When I grew up and attended Syracuse University, my life took some unexpected turns, and I worked for nearly twenty years in operations and corporate training. My business career was successful, but not fulfilling, and my desire to help others in a more meaningful way became my priority. Throughout my work and travel experiences, I have learned how important English is for creating opportunities in life, and I realize how privileged I am to be a native speaker. Therefore, I left my corporate job and returned to school to earn my CELTA teaching certificate through the University of Cambridge. My dream of teaching became a reality and I started my own language school. It is an honor to share my knowledge and skills by helping people from all over the world achieve confidence in English.
